Dear Trinity Parents,

It is indeed a pleasure to welcome all our new and returning students to the 2010-2011 school-year!The teachers and staff anticipate sharing many academic experiences with our students.will work together for a rich and fruitful education for your children.

I thank our vibrant Parent-Teacher 

Association for their continued efforts on behalf of all of our children. I ask that you consider becoming an active member of our PTA and enjoy the many 

opportunities that will be available to add to the success of Trinity.

Welcome to the 2010-2011 School Year!

 

9/8/10    First Day of School 
Half Day, students are to report from 8:25-11:40am. PTA Spirit Wear will be on sale!


9/13/10   First FULL Day of School
ALL students in grades K-5 are to report for a full day of school! Pick up time is 3:10 or 3:15. 


**A Word of Reminder from Mr. Briceno: Do not park when you drop off your child! Trinity escorts will walk your child to school when you pull up on Church Street or Pelham Road!**

What's New @ Trinity?

Despite the heat wave, back to school sales in every store let's us know that fall is fast approaching. With the arrival of September, all of the Trinity Families feel the anticipation of the exciting new school year! And what a great year it promises to be!!


TESCAT Noteworthy News:


*The small cafeteria has been converted into a 2nd computer lab! This lab will be used primarily for grades 3-5, and house a fantastic literacy program called Fast ForWord, while the upstairs computer lab will used for the K-1 early literacy program, Waterford.  In addition, 3 laptop carts have also been added to the Trinity Technology department.


*Trinity has adopted a new Anti-Bullying Program called Olweus. This is part of the new school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports. Stay tuned for informative parent workshops!


*Trinity will be hosting a Book Fair the first week of school! Support your child's interest in reading by purchasing some of the wonderful titles we will have available. 


*Trinity Welcomes new Social Worker Jeannette Martinez. Ms. Martinez will be leading many upcoming parent workshops, so keep an eye out for them.
